Rage Against the Machine <--- probably my favourite
Ice T / Body Count
Chuck D. / Public Enemy
dan le sac vs. scroobius pip
The Herd (but I find them a little musically fluffy for my tastes)
Listened to but haven't really grabbed me yet (but would welcome recs for particular tracks/albums):
KRS-One
Rakim
I've investigated Zack de la Rocha's side projects and discovered One Day As a Lion, and bought their EP. Here's the video for the single off that, which I really liked:
More along those lines would be amazing!
